My son and I just moved into our fantastic new home in Durham this weekend. Someone else would be living here were it not for Marie Scheuring. Without her guidance and real estate savvy I wouldn't have prevailed during the bidding war for the house. She knew just the right way to structure the offer - to stay within my parameters while crafting an attractive deal for the seller. After the contract was in hand she was instrumental in keeping me on track and maintaining my sanity until closing. Her humor, calm demeanor and experience were invaluable as I inched toward the finish line. I hope to never move again - but would strongly endorse Marie to anyone else who needs an agent!
